OVERVIEW
James represents businesses and individuals in connection with acquisitions, sales and mergers, shareholder and partnership agreements, joint ventures, succession planning, capital raises through both debt and equity financings, and general corporate governance matters. He has extensive experience representing borrowers and lenders in complex debt transactions, providers of equity financing, and purchasers and lessees of hardware, software, and related technology services.
He serves as outside general counsel to many clients, either performing or managing their legal needs. While Reavis Law focuses exclusively on business and transactional matters, James
works closely with specialty firms and multi-practice firms when appropriate to ensure clients receive strategic and comprehensive representation.
